Currently, I am a college writing instructor and high school English teacher. Before moving to Wisconsin, I taught at a large university as an English education professor. Writing, reading, and editing bring me joy and I love helping others find happiness with their own learning. I have edited several books, written many chapters for educational texts, and helped others to write, revise, and edit their Master's theses and Doctoral dissertations. My husband and I own our own non-profit writing and arts center in Osseo, and I serve as the Education Director. Helping teachers become better teachers of literacy is critical to me. I have conducted literacy workshops for teachers of all subject matters in schools all around the country. I work with students of all ages to help them improve their skills in reading, communication, and writing.
